James Quinn

FFII, Fire Officer 1, Paramedic, Fire/EMS Instructor, Fire Inspector.  James spent four years in the Air Force prior to joining our Division. He started with the Fire Division in 2005 and was promoted to Captain in 2007. James is the Division’s Training Officer and is an Adjunct Faculty at Clark State Community College. James also sits on the advisory board for Sinclair Community College’s EMS Program.
